The New York District has saved almost 1 million lives through their generous donations to help rid countries of Maternal/Neonatal Tetanus! What an amazing achievement.
As a district, we committed to give $1.7 million to this worldwide project. We are almost there. We have less than $300,000 to go in order to make our pledge complete.
Since the Eliminate Project began, 45 countries have eradicated MNT, we have 14 countries go! As a club, division or individual, your contribution matters. Consider having a fundraiser, or at each meeting collect loose change, you would be surprised how it adds up at the end of the month. All monies should be sent to the Children's Fund, with a notation on the check that the monies are earmarked for The Eliminate Project.
