• Niagara Frontier South, John "Hank" Baker
• Van Rensselaer, Stephen Vadney

Five of the Lieutenant Governors were given the additional honor of being named Super Distinguished:

While making the presentation, Past Gov. Stephen Sirgiovanni noted that Mohawk Lt. Gov. Jack Purdy died during his year of service. He will be honored as well with a plaque to be unveiled in May at Kamp Kiwanis, when his family can attend.
