It was an eventful convention for the New York District Delegation, as they worked to get PG Thomas DeJulio elected vice president of Kiwanis International in the coming year.

With that victory in hand, he will move to the post of president-elect for the 2011-12 Administrative Year, and then to President for the 2012-13 year.
