The following proposed bylaw amendments will be voted on during the House of Delegates on Aug. 10:
Amendment 1
Article 10 (New)
Each club shall also pay a fee to the district for each active club member of $3.60 to support Key Clubs in the district and an additional $3.60 to support Circle K Clubs in the district. These amounts shall be based on each club's annual membership report to Kiwanis International as of September 30 of each year and shall be due annually on October 1 and payable by November 30. The funds shall be placed in restricted accounts for NY District Circle K and NY District Key Club.
Amendment 2

Article 10
Section 1. Each club shall pay dues to the district for each active club member in the amount of $24.00 $28.80. Dues shall be based on each club's annual membership report to Kiwanis International as of September 30 of each year and shall be due annually on October 1 and payable by November 30.
